Wevisited Temple and Grand Palace. During our Study Tour in Bangkok we havevisited several Temples: international, national and regional which are typicalfor Bangkok or Thailand. That showed us how different culture can be around theworld and some solutions which may come to our country soon. Each Temple isdifferent in culture and history. During the Study Tour in Bangkok we meet somereally interesting people but the most important and valuable experience thatwe have was actually meeting people - in different culture, language andcountries. We visited many different souvenir shop, local street market whichis a parts of agriculture market and share their knowledge with us.
Day 3 Date 04-10-2018
Sightseeing day
Thisday was the day of sightseeing we visited the beautiful city of Bangkok. Theannual Thai theatre festival was taking place during our visit so we found alot of artist playing on street and inviting us for their plays in the evening. On the street there were plenty of people so we especially on main street from thecastle. Cities in Thailand are very different from other countries; mostbuildings are wooden and really beautiful.
Street food
Theworld of Thai street food can be an exciting, if occasionally bewildering, place. Bangkok can provide intrepid diners with hours of culinary exploration, but you should know where to go. I enjoyed the food very much. Noexploration of Bangkok’s street food is complete without a trip to Chinatown(referred toamong locals as Yaowarat),which is considered the birthplace of street food in Thailand and remains aprime foodie destination. And any discussion of Thai street foodmust also include a mention of satay meatthat is threaded on a bamboo stick, grilled over an open flame and served withpeanut sauce and an ajad ofcucumber, shallots and chillies in sugar syrup.
Old town
Bangkok’sOld Town is also known as Banglamphu, after the lamphu trees that once linedthe area’s many canals – is a treasure trove of old-style Thai street foodspecialties that are hard to find elsewhere. Here, the most famous vendors havebeen around for decades, nourished by several generations’ of culinaryknow-how.
Day 4 Date 05-10-2018
Ihad a meeting in Siam University with Head of the Engineering and Businessdepartment Dr Om and Rathavoot and also Director of the International realtionMs Yhing. Me along with my students I went there at 1.00 pm we had a veryfruitful meeting, after that we visited the University and all the engineeringlab. We left the University premises at 5.00. During the visit we comes to knowlot of things which will be benefited for us in future.
Sukhumvit
AfterSiam University I went Sukhumvit area for shopping. Although this area (namedafter the trafficpacked road that runs through it) is now an upscaleneighborhood full of expats, Starbucks and sushi bars, Sukhumvit still bearstestament to the fact that, wherever money is, good food and shopping of alltypes will follow. Of all the chicken noodle vendors in Bangkok, Guaythiew PikGai Sainampung (392/20 Sukhumvit Road between Sois 18 and 20) stands out forits cleanliness, charmingly cluttered decor, and delicious soup noodle menu. The specialty of the house, after which this old-fashioned shop house is named,is guaythiew pik gai,a soup noodle dish in which your choice of sen mee (rice vermicelli), senyai (thickrice noodles), or giem ee (Chinese-stylehandrolled noodles) is doused in a long-simmering chicken broth and topped withchopped peanuts, julienned green beans and chicken wings that have braisedovernight. Therefore, I shop for me and some gift items from platinum, Pratunumand street market.
Day 5 Date 06-10-2018
Thisis the last day of our tour. We left the hotel at 12.30 towards Subarnavhumiairport. Educational Tour gives us ideas likewise opportunities to visitprestigious Universities that may help us visualize what we are learning at ourUniversity. This activity helps us to develop our personality since socialgraces and etiquette are learned too by experience. Moreover, important toevery student since it is a part of our learning process to acquire moreknowledge through actual exposure to the different Universities.

Conclusion
I wish toacknowledge here the help provided by our management committee and Board oftrustees. The trip was a great success proving to be highly educational, notonly in the field of Engineering, but in Thai culture and Internationalexperiences such as these are invaluable for enhancing a students'understanding of the world, which greatly improves networking and personaldevelopment. The opportunity to visit Bangkok is an asset to students ofEngineering at the University of Global Village, and it would be great tocontinue the tradition.
